Patricia M. Davis
Patricia M. Davis is an Attorney and the founder and managing partner of the Law Offices of Patricia M. Davis. Ms. Davis received her Bachelor of Arts degree from The State University of New York at Buffalo, and her Juris Doctorate degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law. Ms. Davis was born in New York and lived several years in Oklahoma before relocating to Houston in 1989.
Ms. Davis is licensed to practice law in the states of Texas and Oklahoma. She is an active member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, and the Houston Bar Association. Ms. Davis completed a 6 year term as a member of a Grievance Panel for the State Bar of Texas.
Prior to opening her own law practice, Ms. Davis held the position of Bankruptcy Counsel for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”).
Ms. Davis has been a featured guest speaker at several seminars and has lectured extensively in both Oklahoma and Texas. She has enjoyed a rewarding career as an instructor.
Besides representing clients in Texas and throughout the United States, Ms. Davis has a varied international law practice and represents clients in Central America, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. A large percentage of her clients are referred by current or former clients.
Ms. Davis has volunteered with numerous charitable organizations over the last several years and has personally organized and supervised significant charitable fund-raising events. She views her volunteer commitment as necessary to being a part of a thriving, positive community. Ms. Davis personally provides financial support for several sports teams in the Houston area that are comprised of underprivileged youth.
